We make sure that your order is properly packed post quality check and is handed over for shipping within 24 hours of order placement. Your order is expected to reach you with in 2-3 working days. Depending on your location, the order might take 10-12 days also.

For all order above Rs.400 shipping is absolutely free.

For order below Rs.400, we will be charged Rs.50 as delivery charges in case of COD

In case of Online parent while purchasing the product no delivery charges will be applied.

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs, Panties and bra panty sets .

We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to maintain its condition.

Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.

In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

Product purchase under the clearance sale will not be returned or exchanged , Product received as freebies will also not be exchanged.

There are two ways to return the product to us:
Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us.

If you choose to refund the amount back to original mode of payment, the process will be initiated once the items are picked by our courier partner and this will take 7-10 business days. This option is applicable for all pre-paid orders paid using Debit/ Credit cards, Netbanking and Online Wallets.
