EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
We ensure that all our product handled carefully while packaging and the shipment only proceed post quality check of the product. Still, in any case, you receive any damaged product, please feel free to contact us immediately on 9582229090 or you can also write us to info@kalyaniinnerwear.com.
- Exchange or Return is applicable only on bras.
For any Exchange, delivery charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable on each order.
For Returns, in case of COD orders, delivery charges will be deducted at the time of refund and in case of prepaid orders a charge of 50 Rs. will be deducted at the time of refund.
For Partial Return, a charge of 50 Rs. will be deducted on each order (COD & Prepaid). - During any sale, orders are non returnable, exchange will be done only on bras. Exchange charges will be Rs. 100 for each order.
- Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase, else we will not be able to extend any help in case the purchase exceeds the given time period.
- Exchange of product should be more than 200
- Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs , Panties and bra panty sets .
- We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. *You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to maintain its condition.
- Product purchase under the clearance sale will not be returned or exchanged , Product received as freebies will also not be exchanged.
- Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
- Product will be exchanged only if the tags are intact.
- We do not accept product for exchange or return which are worn or stained.
- Product kept for exchange or return should be packed properly so that they are not damaged in the reverse pick-up process.
- There are two ways to return the product to us.
Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us. - All exchange/refunds will be processed after receiving the original product(s) back in the warehouse. Once we receive the product(s), we will examine and after the approval, we initiate the exchange/refund.
- It will take a minimum of 7 to 8 working days to process any exchange/refund.
Kalyani Innerwear reserve the rights to refuse exchange or return, based on the condition of the product(s) being returned. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order. In case a prepaid order is cancelled, the refund will reflect back in the account with in 2-3 working days.
