EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
We ensure that all our product handled carefully while packaging and the shipment only proceed post quality check of the product. Still, in any case, you receive any damaged product, please feel free to contact us immediately on 9582229090 or you can also write us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please notify us within 15 days of your purchase, else we will not be able to extend any help in case the purchase exceeds the given time period.
- Considering the hygienic standards of certain product, we do not accept the return of panties.
- Product purchase under the clearance sale will not be returned or exchanged , Product received as freebies will also not be exchanged.
- Product will be exchanged only if the tags are intact.
- We do not accept product for exchange or return which are worn or stained.
- Product kept for exchange or return should be packed properly so that they are not damaged in the reverse pick-up process.
- All exchange/refunds will be processed after receiving the original product(s) back in the warehouse. Once we receive the product(s), we will examine and after the approval, we initiate the exchange/refund.
- It will take a minimum of 7 to 8 working days to process any exchange/refund.
Kalyani Innerwear reserve the rights to refuse exchange or return, based on the condition of the product(s) being returned. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order. In case a prepaid order is cancelled, the refund will reflect back in the account with in 2-3 working days.
