Shipping Policy

  • Orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse. We try to deliver your orders within 5 business days from the day of order verification, however some locations may take more times.
  • Order deliveries will be handled by third party logistics partners, typically 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • We are not responsible for any acknowledgment signed by someone other than the person who placed the order at the address provided during the order process.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at the time of order placement.
  • We also do not take responsibility for any damage to products after delivery. If you believe the product is in poor condition or the packaging appears damaged, please refuse delivery and email us the order details at online@kalyaniinnerwear.com. We will try to deliver the replacement within 5 business days of receiving the product.

Delivery Charges

  • Kalyani Innerwear offers FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 599/-.
  • COD Charges are Rs. 100 for each order.
  • For prepaid orders below Rs. 599, a shipping charge of Rs. 50 will apply.
  • During sales, orders are non-returnable, and only size exchanges will be accepted for bras.
  • Exchange charges are Rs. 70 per order.

FAQs

1. When can I expect delivery?
We understand the pain of anticipation, hence we try to ship majority orders out of our warehouse within 24 hours of order placement. However each location has different delivery time committed by the courier partner. You can track your order once it will be dispatched from the warehouse.
 
2. How will my order be shipped?
We use national courier service to deliver your order at your door steps. 
 
3. Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship Kalyani's collection internationally.
 
4. An item is missing from my shipment or wrong item in the shipment?
This is very rare as we check multiple times while processing the order. Please check if you have been charged for the missing item in the invoice enclosed. If you have charged please contact us immediately at +91-9582229090 or you can email your concern at online@kalyaniinnerwear.com

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any item in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of COD(Cash on delivery) or full amount charged will be refunded in case of online payment.
  • Usually your order will be delivered into 3-5 working days, but some locations may take more than that. So, please be patient and feel free to connect with our customer care executive.
