HOW DO I REGISTER WITH KALYANI?

Follow these steps to register: 

  • Click SIGN IN / REGISTER at the top right corner of the page
  • Click on REGISTER
  • Enter your details
  • Click on CREATE ACCOUNT

      WHAT DOES ASSORTED COLOUR MEAN?

      Same style but different colours and patterns.

      I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PLACE MY ORDER.

       

      Follow these steps:

      • Pick the colour
      • Click ADD TO CART
      • Click on PLACE ORDER
      • Enter your shipping details
      • Select the mode of payment
      • Note your order number

        I GOT AN ERROR WHILE PLACING THE ORDER. I’M NOT SURE IF THE ORDER IS PLACED.

        For every successful order, you will receive an email and a SMS confirming the order. If in case the order was not placed successfully, we request you to place the order again.

        IS THERE A CHARGE FOR COD ORDER?

        We charge a nominal convenience charge of ₹50 on all Cash on Delivery orders when the order is below 399. This charge shall not be levied if you opt for any prepaid mode such as Debit/Credit card.

        DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON KALYANI INNERWEAR TO PLACE AN ORDER?

        Yes, it's preferable to register on the site to place an order as it’s convenient to place returns, track orders. Also, you will get offer updates regularly.

        WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON KALYANI?

        There are various benefits of creating an account on the Kalyani, some of the benefits are marketing information on promotions and products, special offers to registered customers. You will also not need to input the address for the new orders unless there is a change in address. You can also log in and review the order history of all the transactions done on that account.

        I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY LOGIN PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?

        Please click "Forgot Password" on the login page & enter your email id. You will receive a link to help you reset your password.

        HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

        An order can be cancelled via your Kalyani account page until the order is shipped out. Go to order history page and cancel the order. In case the order is already shipped out, please write to us via contact us page. We will initiate the cancellation process.

        HOW DO I ADD NEW PRODUCTS OR REMOVE SOME PRODUCTS FROM MY ORDER?

        You will have to cancel the order via your order history page. Once done, you can place a fresh order with the required products. Note: It can only done within 12 hour of time.

        ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE AVAILABLE FOR MY ORDERS?

        Yes, return pickup is available. Hence we may ask you to pack unused product in the original packing our courier service will collect from your place.

        WHEN WILL YOU PICKUP MY RETURN ORDER?

        Your return order will be picked up within 7 days of placing the return request.

        IN CASE I RETURN THE PRODUCTS, WILL THE COD CHARGES BE CREDITED BACK?

        Yes, COD charges will be credited to your account.

        CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS/CONTACT DETAILS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

        Yes you can certainly change the address in case the order is not yet shipped from our end. contact us to get it changed. If the order is already shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes.

        HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO DELIVER?

        Delivery time depends on your pin code. Usually it takes 3 to 5 days after placing the order.

        WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? HOW CAN I CHECK WHETHER IT IS SHIPPED OR NOT?

        We ship all our orders within 24-48 hours. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier details. Click Here to track your order.

        I GOT A MAIL SAYING MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED. WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED? WHAT IS MY COURIER TRACKING NUMBER?

        Track your order by login into your account.

        THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY SHIPMENT APPEARS TO BE INVALID OR NO RECORDS FOUND. WHY?

        It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on our courier partner's website. If you are unable to track your shipment post 24 hours, do contact us to track your order.

        IF I CANCEL MY ORDER WILL THE GST AMOUNT CHARGED BE REFUNDED?

        If you cancel the order, the applicable GST amount will also be refunded to your account.

        I HAVE RECEIVED AN ERROR AFTER I ENTERED MY CARD DETAILS. WHAT SHALL I DO?

        We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This can be a temporary issue. Please try again after a few minutes.

        WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

        Kalyani returns and exchange policy is hassle-free and simple. You need to return/exchange a product within 15 days

        Only size exchange is available.

        Our delivery agent will deliver the new item and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.

        Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs, Panties.

         

        Most Importantly it should be unused.and you will be able to see the order history.

        HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO REFUND YOUR AMOUNT?

        It will take at least 10 to 15 days once we get the product.

        WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS THAT I CAN AVAIL OF WHILE PLACING AN ORDER?

        HOW DO I PAY FOR MY COD ORDER?

        You can pay for Cash on Delivery orders by cash or by Credit/Debit card if the delivery person is carrying ‘card swipe POS machine’.

        IS THERE A CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

        No, Delivery charge is Free.
