Return & Exchange Policy
It is important to understand the return & exchange policy of an item before buying it online. We offer easy exchange & return for some categories while due to hygiene nature some categories are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
Panties & Lingerie Sets:
For intimate hygiene reasons, panties, boy shorts, cycling shorts & lingerie sets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Bras:
We provide a hassle-free return or exchange policy for all the bra products. If you’re not happy with the fit, size or color, you can request an exchange for different color or size. Prefer a return? We will issue the refund of product, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Bras that are not eligible for return or exchange include:
- Worn Products/Used Products/Missing Tag Products/Washed Products/ Stained Products/ Products with glitter or other particles.
- Return or Exchange will not be accepted if original packaging is missing.
- Products bought through any sale or coupon code cannot be returned or exchanged with different product, in case of size issue, size can be changed in same article.
- A product can be exchanged once, and once exchanged, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Returns/Exchanges are not permitted if the product exceeds the 7-day return or exchange window from delivery.
Note: A delivery charge of Rs. 70 will apply for exchanges per order. For Returns, Applied delivery charges of return orders & Rs. 100 as a Reverse Return charges will be deducted at the time of refund.
How to initiate Return or Exchange:
- Simply select the Return/Exchange option at the footer. Provide your order number along with your phone number or email. Click continue and follow the steps.
- If you experience any difficulties, please reach out to our customer care team at +91-9582229090 or email us at online@kalyaniinnerwear.com with your order number and contact information.
- Once the return/exchange request is made, a courier agent will pick up the product within 2-3 working days.
- Customers should be aware that the product pickup does not confirm the approval of the return/exchange request.
- After receiving the products at our warehouse, our inspection team will check the products before approving your exchange or refund.
Order Cancellation:
- Kalyani Innerwear retains the right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees to respect Kalyani Innerwear's decision regarding cancellation without any dispute.
- Please be aware that there are certain orders that we may not be able to process so must cancel. Your order may be cancelled in cases such as limited stock availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns raised by our credit and fraud prevention department. In case your order is cancelled or we may need additional details for verification, we will get in touch with you.
- If we receive a cancellation request from customer before the order has been processed, we will cancel the order, and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method (in case of prepaid) from which it was made.
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
